Namebay is an ICANN accredited Registrar (domain name registration office).

This accreditation and those that Namebay obtained from other Registry Operators such as VGRS (COM, NET), PIR (ORG), Afilias (INFO), NeuLevel/Neustar (BIZ, US, CN), GNR (NAME), SITA (AERO), DNS Belgium (BE), Switch (CH, LI), AFNIC (FR) or from other private and public partner organizations for ccTLDs (DE, AT, IT, MC, CO.UK, TV, etc.) allow Namebay to offer its customers, individuals as well as business entities, a broad range of domain name registration and management services through a unique interface, adapted to their specific needs. NAMEBAY is a Monegasque company created in 1999, it is one of the founder members of CORE (Council of Registrars). Namebay is composed of 11 people and currently manages from Monaco, Brussels and Milan, over 60 000 customers and resellers' domain names.

Namebay has been officially accredited by the Registry Operator DNS Belgium (.BE registration) . .BE domains are registered on a "first come, first served" basis and without any specific requirements.
